Shrimp Corn Salsa

My dear friend and fellow "foodie", Nora, gave me this recipe with the note that someone brought it to her brother's birthday party and she thought she'd died and gone to heaven.... her exact words. I'll let you be the judge!

Shrimp Corn Salsa
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (or to taste!)
3/4 pound medium shrimp (peeled and chopped)
1 (15-oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
1/3 cup chopped red onion

Combine ingredients in a large bowl and refrigerate until serving.
